Dagger.

You don't need putty to do some good modeling.al you really need is a big imagination. This article handles the construction of a simple dagger, using some brass rod, som brass wire and a piece of plasticard.

The plasticard is going to make the blade of the dagger. This is simply cut into the right shape, and had some final touches with sandpaper. In the picture (see bottom of the page) its a perfectly triangular blade, but it could just as well be any shape you like. Just try making it triangular the first time, because it the easiest. If you want, you can curveit for a bit of extra detail, but just leave it at that.

the piece of wire, will be the thing that holds the dagger together, the piece of rod will be the handle. In the picture I've added a piece of a clothing needle (the needle you use when shortening trousers etc.) to the end of the rod to make it look better, this doesn't have to be there, you could also take a piece of rod that's slightly longer. Take into consideration that dagger used to have counterweigths for the blade, to make them balanced.

That's all there is to it.
